Ram Sami Nasinu 7s defending champion Wardens thrashed Silverdale 7s team 52-0 in their opening match of the 2019 Ram Sami Nasinu 7s earlier this afternoon.
Wardens have sent a clear warning to the other teams that they are ready to defend their title.
In other matches, Fire defeated Kuku 28-7, Pacific Warriors Nairai defeated Niurua Delta Uprising 19-14, Kacau Knights won against Caubati 16-5 while Uluinakau won by default against Calia.
The Nasinu 7s is being held at Ratu Cakobau Park and will finish tomorrow.
