Ba lost 2-1 to Hienghene Sport of New Caledonia in the quarterfinal of the OFC Champions League this evening.
Ba took a 1-0 lead early in the first half through a Malakai Rakula goal and looked confident to book a semifinal spot.
However, the hosts found their way back and both teams were locked 1-1 at full time.
Hienghene Sport scored the winning goal in the extra time. Ba's Junior Narendra Rao was also red carded late in the game.
