Expect the gloomy and rainy weather being experienced in parts of the country to continue until Tuesday.
This is being caused by a trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain to the west of Fiji.
The Nadi Weather Office has also issued a heavy rain warning for Sigatoka, Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Tavua and Rakiraki as well as Yasawa, Mamanuca group, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands.
There is also a heavy rain alert in force for the rest of Viti Levu, Lomaiviti and Lau group.
