Folau and Rugby Australia will have until 72 hours after any decision is handed down to appeal.
Rugby Australia Chief Executive Officer Raelene Castle threatened to tear up Folau’s four‑year, AU$4million (NZ$4.23m) contract following the superstar fullback's latest round of inflammatory social media posts.
Meanwhile, in Round 13 of Super Rugby this week, the Blues meet the Hurricanes at 7.35pm Friday at Eden Park while the Rebels meet the Reds in Melbourne at 9.45pm Friday.
The Crusaders meet the Bulls 5.10am Saturday in Pretoria while the Highlanders play the Jaguares at 5.15pm Saturday in Dunedin.
The Chiefs meet the Sharks in Waikato at 7.35pm Saturday while the Lions face the Waratahs at 1.05am Sunday.
