A security officer accused of raping a workmate in March this year has applied for bail in the Suva High Court.
The man allegedly raped the woman at their worksite in Suva.
It was heard in court that the woman who is also a security officer was working when the accused entered the building and committed the offence.
The man is charged with two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.
He has been remanded in custody.
