The Hurricanes has made two changes in their starting line up that will take on the Jaquares tomorrow night which will see James Marshall starting at first five‑eighth while Beauden Barrett is on his second All Blacks rest week and Du’Plessis Kirifi starting at openside flanker.
Marshall, who will be making his 49th appearance for the Hurricanes, has impressed the coaching staff after returning from a shoulder injury he suffered in round one.
Kirifi’s inclusion sees Ardie Savea move to No 8 with Reed Prinsep unavailable after he suffered a bad cut to his face in the Hurricanes 22‑12 win over the Blues last week Friday.
Plumtree says they are expecting the same sort of physical challenge from the Jaguares who had perform really well against the Highlanders last week.
The Hurricanes will take on the Jaguares at 7.35pm tomorrow while the Rebels will face the Bulls at 9.45pm tomorrow night.
The Blues will take on the Chiefs at 7.35pm Saturday, the Reds face the Waratahs at 9.45pm while the Lions will host the Highlanders at Ellis Park on 1.05am Sunday.
