A man who allegedly raped his 15 year old step-daughter will take his plea on the 28th of June.
The man is charged with one count of rape, one count of sexual assault and one count of common assault.
The alleged offences happened between 2014 and 2018 in Nausori.
Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar has told the accused to file a formal bail application.
He has been further remanded in custody.
