The National Disaster Management Office says the tsunami siren test is from 10am to 11am today.
It is urging people to use this tsunami siren test to identify and test their evacuation procedures.
Tsunami sirens are currently installed in the following locations:
1. Water Authority of Fiji – Kinoya Sewerage Plant
2. FINTEL – Vatuwaqa
3. RFMF Officers Training School – Vatuwaqa
4. USP Statham Campus
5. USP Lower Campus
6. USP Main Campus
7. My Suva Park
8. Government Training Centre – Nasese
9. iTaukei Trust Fund Board Office ‑ Nasese
10. Civic Car Park Rooftop
11. Government Shipping Services – Walu Bay
12. Biosecurity Suva Operation Office – Renown Street (near Suva Bus Station)
13. Lami Town.
