Defending champions the Crusaders will host the Hurricanes while the Jaguares will host the Brumbies in the semi-finals of the 2019 Super Rugby.
Fiji born Brumbies wing, Henry Speight scored a try last night to help his side secure their spot in the semi-final as they beat the Sharks 38-13 in Canberra.
The Brumbies outscored their opponent by five tries to one, with Pete Samu having a double while half-back Joe Powell and Matt Lucas each scored a try.
Meanwhile, the Hurricanes secured their fifth straight semi-final after holding off a hard charging Bulls 35-28 in Wellington last night.
Both teams scored four tries each but the Hurricanes slotted in three more penalties from full back Jodie Barrett to confirm their semi-final spot.
In other quarter final results, the Crusaders thumped the Highlanders 38-14 while the Jaguares defeated the Chiefs 21-16.
