Civil and Environmental Engineering Solutions Limited has been charged by FICAC for alleged collusion and corrupt activity.
Monit Lal who is a Project Manager appeared on behalf of the company this morning.
Magistrate Deepika Prakash has asked Lal to get authorization from the company that he can represent the company in court.
Magistrate Prakash has also asked Lal to arrange for a legal counsel for the company.
The Court was told today that the company director is overseas.
The case has been adjourned to 22nd August, 2019.
