The body of a man with visible injuries was discovered at the back of an empty farm house this morning in Nakama in Labasa.
The Divisional Crime Officer North and a team of investigators are at the alleged murder scene.
Police say the owner of the farm made the discovery and alerted them.
Investigators are also trying to identify the victim as investigations continue.
