USA beat Canada 47-19 in their opening match of the Pacific Nations Cup

USA has beaten Canada 47-19 in their opening match of the Pacific Nations Cup this afternoon.

USA led Canada 20- nil at half time.

Meanwhile Japan beat Fiji 34-21 and Samoa defeated Tonga 25-17.

The Flying Fijians will face Canada at 5.15pm next Saturday at the ANZ stadium in Suva in their second match.
