A man facing charges of aggravated burglary and theft will be challenging his oral confession in the Suva High Court as he has informed the court that Police had taken him to Rifle Range where army training was being carried out.
Mausio Dominiko is alleged to have stolen $12,403 from Mamacita Mexican restaurant in Suva on 11th February this year.
Dominiko is being represented by lawyer, Abhay Singh.
State has been given 14 days to respond to Singh’s submissions.
