The newly renovated ANZ Bank branch in Namaka in Nadi has a nursing room for mothers who have returned to work after having children and staff who may want to do their prayers in private.
It also offers free WiFi for customers, a fast deposit drop box for cash and cheques and a phone pod so customers can reach their contact centre conveniently.
ANZ Bank has invested about $8 million in branch refurbishment across Fiji.
ANZ Fiji Country Head, Saud Minam says despite many people embracing new technology and choosing to go digital, a lot of people still need to speak to someone when making big decisions such as buying a home or establishing and running a small business.
He says Namaka is now a banking hub where all banking specialists will be available to customers.
