Fiji Airways Flying Fijians coach, John McKee says they know Tonga will bring a lot of physicality with them in their match this Saturday.
McKee says now is the time to step up their preparations in the final phase to ensure they put themselves in the best position to achieve the desired performance at the World Cup.
He says they will use this match as a platform to try out their game plan and the combinations that they will be using in their first pool game against the Wallabies on the 21st of next month at 4.45pm.
The Flying Fijians squad is currently training in Nadi and will be leaving for New Zealand on Wednesday and will face the Tongans at 4.30pm this Saturday at Eden Park.
Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales, Georgia and Uruguay.
The Rugby World Cup will be held from the 20th of next month to the 2nd of November in Japan.
