Fiji Airways Flying Fijians Coach John McKee believes all the hard work has been done and the team is ready to face Tonga in the Pasifika Challenge at Eden Park this afternoon.
He says the Tongan’s will come prepared and throw their all to beat the Flying Fijians.
McKee adds that a weeks camp in Nadi has been very productive as the team worked on a few areas needed to be improved.
These areas include kicking and contact in the ruck area.

McKee thinks the team will try and slow the ball in those areas so they need to be very effective after their ball carries or when they tackle to make sure they can clean the ruck areas and get the ball.
The Flying Fijians take on Tonga at 4.30pm today at Eden Park.
