Rugby World Cup winning prop, Tendai "Beast" Mtawarira will be joining the Old Glory DC club in the next season of the Major Rugby League Competition in USA.
The Guardian reports that Beast as he is commonly known in rugby has signed a one-year deal with the club.
He also posted on his Facebook account, that he is delighted to confirm that he has signed with the Old Glory DC Club and he is excited and looks forward to joining his new teammates.
Mtawarira has played 117 times for South Africa ever since making his debut in 2008.
The Major Rugby League Competition was established in 2018 with the Seattle Seawolves claiming the championship for the first two years.
