The case of the three men and a juvenile charged with aggravated burglary and theft has been transferred to Suva High Court.
Nasinu Magistrate, Charles Ratakele says it is an indictable offence.
It is alleged that 24-year-old Ropate Navitalai, 19-year-old Tukana Tisolo, 18-year-old Manoa Gonekalou and a 16-year-old juvenile broke into B L Naidu and Sons building on 1st January and stole a safe, $14,095 cash and a CCTV decoder.
Navitalai told court that he and the other three are injured and asked to be taken to the hospital.
Magistrate Ratakele has ordered the three to be examined by a doctor while in remand.
The case has been adjourned to the 20th of this month.
