State has today advised the Suva Magistrates Court that they intend to file a formal application to consolidate all charges against former Suva Lawyer, Shazran Abdul Lateef and Zoe Maharaj Moore.

There are six cases against Lateef where all charges relate to possession of illicit drug which include marijuana, methamphetamine and cocaine and possession of apparatus alleged to be used for smoking as well as breaching bail conditions.

Moore is charged with Lateef in one case where they are both charged with one count each of being found in possession of 7.89 grams of methamphetamine, one count each of being found in possession of 12.49 grams of cocaine and one count each of being found in possession of 2.5 grams of marijuana.

Chief Magistrate, Usaia Ratuvili has extended their bail.

The case has been adjourned to the 12th of next month.
