A man who allegedly raped his 9-year-old niece on several occasions in January this year will appear in the Nausori Magistrates Court tomorrow.

He is currently in police custody in Levuka.

The man is charged with five counts of rape.

The incident was reported at the Levuka Police Station last week by a Social Welfare Officer.

The alleged incident happened at a settlement between the 1st to the 22nd of January.
