A man has denied in the Suva High Court that he allegedly sexually assaulted his 13 year old niece in October last year.
He pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual assault before High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza.
According to charges filed by the Office of the DPP, the man allegedly touched the private parts of the girl on the 20th and 21st of October last year in a settlement in Korovou.
The case has been adjourned to the 25th of this month.
