A 35-year old farmer of Namuka, Bau in Tailevu has been charged with one count of murder following the death of a 21-year old man on Tuesday.
The farmer allegedly assaulted the man which resulted in the victim falling from the village seawall.
He was rushed to the Nausori Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The accused will appear in the Nausori Magistrates Court today.
