Tailevu Zone defending champion Queen Victoria School has taken the lead in the medal tally with 7 gold medals in the bag, while Ratu Kadavulevu School is second with 5 gold medals.
Only 7 schools are taking part in this zone meet, which includes Queen Victoria School, Ratu Kadavulevu School, Saint Vincent College, Tailevu North High School, Wainibuka Secondary and Naiyala Secondary School.
Looking at the Fijivillage medal tally, in the boy's division, QVS leads with 7 gold, 7 silver and 6 bronze, RKS is second with 5 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze while Saint Vincent is third with 3 gold medals.
In the girl's division, Saint Vincent lead with 3 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze, Tailevu North is second with 3 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze while Wainibuka Secondary is third with 3 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze.
Currently underway is the 200 metres, 400 metres and the 4x100m relays.
