The plea of Suva businessman Ben Padarath has been deferred.
This is the case in relation to Padarath’s charge of concealing false Government documents.
He appeared before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili who deferred the plea to next month as he is expected to attend a training workshop.
Padarath appeared with his lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry who asked the Court to give his client time to be medically examined.
The matter has been deferred to the 6th of next month.
