The main winner of the Fiji Rugby Union World Cup lottery in late December has now taken the FRU to court.
Olaf Allen Junior was declared as the winner of the main prize which was $100,000.
He is now taking the matter to court as he has not received the prize.
He is represented by Suva law firm, Lateef and Lateef.
The case will be called on the 16th of this month.
