The increase in fuel prices has now come into effect as it was gazetted earlier this afternoon.
The new retail price of unleaded fuel will be $2.58 a litre which is an increase of 8 cents.
Premix will be $2.54, an increase of 7 cents while the price of Diesel will be $2.31, an increase of 3 cents and Kerosene is $1.93, an increase of 5 cents.
These prices are for Suva, Lami and Lautoka.
Prices will vary in other areas.
