All Nations Church general Superintendent, Reverend Epeli Ratabacaca appeared today before Suva High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo.

Reverend Ratabacaca’s lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo asked Judge Justice Temo if he could file a notice of alibi within 21 days.

Justice Temo agreed to Vosarogo’s request which the DPP’s office did not object to.

The case has been adjourned to the 16th of September at 10am.

Reverend Epeli Ratabacaca has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.

Reverend Ratabacaca is not to leave the country until his case is complete.
