It is all systems go in the Digicel Fiji 7's team camp ahead of the opening pool game of the Nelson Mandela Bay 7's against Portugal tonight.
Coach, Alifereti Dere with his assistant, Etuate Waqa remains confident in the open rugby game plan that he will use again this weekend.
The first test will be against a very physical Portugese side who took South Africa to the wire in their pool game in Dubai where they lost 17-7.
The depth is in the team now as most of the impact players can be used in more than one position in the team.
For the host nation, South Africa, coach, Paul Treu said he has already called on the fans to come in numbers and bring the vuvuzela to make some noise as they try to win at home.
Fiji's opening game is against Portugal at 10.37 tonight, the second pool match with Zimbabwe is at 1.43am tomorrow and the last pool game is against Wales at 6.32am.
The cup quarter final will start at 11.44pm tomorrow while the cup semifinals start at 3.59am Sunday.
