The Fiji Warriors 15s rugby team left our shores today beaming with confidence that they can do better than last year’s results in the Pacific Rugby Cup.
Coach, Inoke Male will only have two days for training in Brisbane before the opening game on Sunday against the Queensland A side.
Male knows that the Queensland A team will be out to avenge last year’s loss to the Warriors but he has prepared a side which have the likes of Setefano Somoca, Waisea Daveta, Tevita Cavubati, Samu Bola, Mosese Volavola and co-captain, Kelepi Ketedromo in the forwards to try to dominate the host upfront.
7s rep, Metuisela Talebula is likely to be at fullback with Nadroga flyhalf, Jonetani Ralulu in the number 10 jumper.
The Fiji Warriors and Queensland A game on Sunday kicks-off at 6pm.
