This tour follows subsequent meetings held with the Pacific Fishing Company (PAFCO) executives to discuss housing options for its workers.
This resulted in Housing Authority sending a team to Ovalau in 2011 to establish the demand for affordable housing in the area and to also ascertain the eligibility, income range.
They have received 81 expressions of interest from residents for housing.
