A weak trough of low pressure lying over the Fiji islands that is causing the current humid weather is expected to clear from later today.
According to the Nadi Weather office cloudy periods and some rainfall will still occur however the weather is forecast to clear up by this evening.
Meanwhile, the strong wind force warning that was issued for the land areas of Yasawa and Mamanuca group including western Viti Levu, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands has been cancelled.
