A 26-year-old man charged with death by dangerous driving has been released on bail, after appearing in the Lautoka Magistrates Court today.
Shalvin Silaan Kumar has been bailed on $1,500 and has to report to the Lautoka Police Station everyday from 6am-12pm.
His case will be recalled on the 2nd of next month.
The driver was charged after a hit and run case which claimed the life of a six-year-old girl in Lautoka on Monday.
