It is not clear at this stage on whether the senior executives of the Methodist Church will agree to have a full reconciliation process in relation to the church coup in 1989.
Back then, the President Reverend Josateki Koroi was ousted by current executive Reverend Manasa Lasaro.
This occurred after the 1987 coup in Fiji.
Assistant Church Secretary Reverend Nawadra believes this has to be done however he revealed that no plans have been set out for the planned reconciliation process.
Meanwhile, the Methodist Church said it will have a press conference later today.
