The National Disaster Management Office will send a team this Thursday for the Southern Lau group to file their report and visit villagers who were affected by Cyclone Ula last weekend.

Director NDMO Akapusi Tuifagalele says he is expecting the team to be back next week Friday with their report ready so it can be submitted to Cabinet.

He says majority of the reports which they received from village headmen in Lau saying that majority of their plantations were affected.

He says two houses in Vatoa were destroyed while 15 houses had their rooftops damaged.
