The third suspect who was involved in the alleged rape of a 33-year-old woman three weeks ago appeared in Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.
34-year-old Dheeraj Nitesh Chand has been remanded in custody by Magistrate Hettiwattege Somaratne.
Chand is charged with one count of sexual assault.
Meanwhile, two other men who have been charged in relation to this alleged case were also remanded in custody by Suva Magistrates Court last Saturday.
The three will appear again in court this Thursday.
The alleged incident happened on the 19th of last month in Suva.
