A new health complaints line will be set up soon.

This has been confirmed by Minister for Economy, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

This initiative was announced in the National Budget and work is now underway to set up the complaints line.

Vodafone Fiji's Manager Corporate Affairs, Shailendra Prasad says they are ready to assist in such initiatives as they have done with the National Consumer Helpline.

Digicel Fiji's Chief Executive Officer, Darren McLean says they are always ready to talk about such initiatives following the successful launch of the Consumer Helpline.
