The Football Association has banned Southampton’s striker Charlie Austin for violent conduct.
This is after Austin caught Huddersfield keeper Jonas Lossl in the face with his boot.
The 28-year-old Saints leading goal scorer will now miss games against Tottenham, Manchester United and Crystal Palace.
Austin also suffers from a hamstring injury that he got in the 79th minute in Saturday's match against Huddersfield.
The 28-year-old has scored six goals so far for the team.
Austin has accepted the charge of violent conduct however, he argued that the suspension was excessive.
This incident had caused bleeding for Lossl for which he needed treatment.
