Judge Justice Vinsent Perera will sum up the case of a 65-year-old man charged with one count of rape and two counts of sexual assault of his granddaughter before the assessors come back with their opinion.
The man is alleged to have raped and sexually assaulted his 7-year-old granddaughter between 2012 and 2014 in Nasinu.
The case will be called at 11.45am today.
