A 24-year-old mechanic from Nalovo Nadi has passed away after the vehicle he was in crashed into a Water Authority of Fiji Chamber early this morning.
The victim was driving towards Nadi with two other men in their 20's when he allegedly lost control of the vehicle.
The car then veered off road hitting the chamber.
The other two men are admitted in the Nadi Hospital in stable condition.
Police investigations continue.
Meanwhile, in another accident in Lobau four people were taken to the Navua hospital after the car that they were travelling in veered off road.
Police have confirmed that no one sustained serious injuries in that accident.
The road death currently stands at 1 compared to 6 for the same period last year.
