More than 130 athletes and officials from Fiji will be participating at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.
Team Fiji Chef De Mission Patrick Bower says the Fiji Airways Men’s 7s team will be in camp after the Hamilton 7s and will use the HSBC World 7s Series as a preparation platform for the Commonwealth Games.
He adds there are about 30 players in the Fiji 7s squad.
Bower says that no names have been confirmed yet as players in the international arena are been considered as well.
The final Fiji 7s team to the Commonwealth Games will be confirmed on the 7th of next month.
