FijiFirst MP Balmindar Singh has pleaded not guilty to count of assault causing actual bodily harm at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
He is on a $1,000 bail bond with one surety.
It is alleged that Singh assaulted a man at the Desi Haze Nightclub at 1am on the 17th of December last year.
The case has been adjourned to 21st April.
