The Weather Office says localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas as the ground remains saturated.

Tropical Cyclone Josie maintains its intensity as Category 1 cyclone as it moves south‑southeast away from the Fiji group.

Over the last 24 hours, the cyclone has slowed down in its movement and is moving towards unfavourable environmental conditions which is expected to weaken it further.

Cyclone Josie is expected to move out of Fiji Waters later tonight into early tomorrow morning.

A strong wind warning is still in force for the rest of Fiji.
