Major clean-up is underway in Ba Town as businesses are picking up the pieces of what flood waters left behind.
A Director of the Ba Book Center 40-year-old Kirat Rajbali says a lot of exercise books, textbooks and some machines were damaged.
Rajbali says flood waters had risen about eight feet in the shop when the main door broke due to the force of flood waters.
He estimates damages of about $60, 000 since one of the damaged items is a recently purchased colour photocopier.
His family members and staff have been cleaning since the morning.
