Manchester City will be crowned the champions of the English Premier League if they manage to beat rivals Manchester United this weekend.

City currently have 84 points and a victory would see them move 19 points clear of United who will have 68 points.

After this match there will be 6 games remaining and it will be impossible for United to catch Manchester City on the points table.

City will play United at 4.30am Sunday in the English Premier League.
