Semi Kunatani, Samisoni Viriviri and Isake Katonibau have been named by Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Gareth Baber to feature in this weekend’s Hong Kong 7s.
The team list released by World Rugby also includes Eroni Sau, Jerry Tuwai, Waisea Nacuqu, Amenoni Nasilasila, Vatemo Ravouvou, Kalione Nasoko, Alasio Naduva, Josua Vakurinabili, Mesulame Kunavula and Paula Dranisinukula.
Fiji is aiming to make history as the first team to win four back to back Hong Kong 7s titles.
Barring any upsets, Fiji is likely to meet either USA or Argentina in the quarterfinals, Kenya or Australia in the semi‑finals and South Africa or England in the final.
Fiji will play Samoa at 12.43am tomorrow in their first pool match of the Hong Kong 7s, we play Russia at 5.54pm tomorrow and then take on New Zealand at 9.54pm tomorrow.
The quarterfinals will be held at 2.15pm Sunday, semifinals will start at 7.41pm Sunday while the Final will be held at 11pm Sunday.
