The Jaguares have secured their first ever victory over a New Zealand side when they claimed a 20‑13 win over the Blues in Auckland last night.

The Jaguares' has moved into second position on the South African Conference table while the Blues are still firmly rooted to the bottom of the New Zealand Conference table.

In other matches played the Reds defeated the Lions 27-22, the Crusaders defeated the Brumbies 21-8, the Highlanders edged the Bulls 29-28, the Hurricanes thrashed the Sunwolves 43-15 and the Stormers defeated the Rebels 34-18.
