Man convicted of raping 15yr-old nephew after a party

High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe has convicted a 23‑year‑old man, who was charged with the rape of his 15‑year‑old nephew.

The man raped his nephew on the 1st of January this year in Nasinu after a party at the 15‑year‑old boy’s grandparents home.

The man will be sentenced tomorrow.
