A suspended police officer charged with a count each of theft of motor vehicle and theft has been remanded by the Nasinu Magistrates Court.

It is alleged that Iokimi Manueli stole a taxi from Nadera last weekend.

The matter was called before Magistrate Sufia Hamza.

The case has been adjourned to next Wednesday for mention.
