National Federation Party Leader Professor Biman Prasad says the current Prime Minister is the first Prime Minister in the history of the country to stoop so low to read a speech written by spin doctors and perpetuate lies that they have been telling about the NFP.
Prasad’s comments had come after the Prime Minister had talked about a party with the slogan "Change is Coming" at the Ba Provincial Council Meeting yesterday.
Bainimarama had said that they have evidence that some of these political parties are trying to sow division and exploit ethnicity and religion for their own purposes.
Prasad says they are not doing this.
Prasad says that the NFP on many occasions has said that it sticks by its long‑held values and principles, democracy, human rights and its policies.
He says the lies NFP and other parties talking about division based on race and religion are being spread by the FijiFirst.
