Police are investigating an alleged murder suicide case in Lautoka after the bodies of a couple was discovered at their Saweni home.

The body of a 51-year-old woman was found in a pool of blood inside their home while her 59-year-old husband’s body was found outside the house.

The discovery was made by their daughter-in-law yesterday afternoon.

Police say it is alleged that the man took his own life and the post mortem for the couple will be conducted later.
